This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch through it. It covers information we collect from website visitors. It does not cover client data processed on your brokerage's behalf, which is governed separately by a signed Data Processing Agreement once you become a client.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, brokerage name, email address, and whatever you write in the free-text message field. We only collect what you choose to enter — the brokerage name and message fields are optional.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs as part of running the site, which may include your IP address (we do not access or use these logs ourselves). Form submissions are securely transferred from our hosting provider to our private, local infrastructure for operational management and response.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't use contact form data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond replying to you.

Our legal basis

We process this data under legitimate interest — responding to a direct business enquiry that you initiated by submitting the form.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't turn into a client relationship, we delete your contact form data after 12 months.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing, nor do we upload your inquiry details to third-party cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Netlify, our website hosting and forms provider, processes the initial form submissions as part of delivering the site — see Netlify's privacy policy for how they handle that. Once received, your data is stored securely within our local-first knowledge management systems.

Your rights
